New Mobility has its own service department located at Ormeau (just off the M1 in QLD) with mobile capabilities allowing us to service your vehicle at your premises. We also have a network of Service Agents throughout Australasia available to tend to your needs should you have any issues with your vehicles. Whilst specialising in all New Mobility brands, our technicians are also well versed in all other models of Golf Car and can service and repair your vehicle should the need arise. Like any mechanical item, regular servicing enables you to get the best results out of your vehicle for the longest time possible.

All New Mobility vehicles (unless shown otherwise) are covered by a Limited 2 Year Warranty, provided a three (3) Monthly Mandatory Service is carried out by an authorized dealer or service agent appointed by New Mobility, and a Battery Watering System is fitted to each vehicle.

The Mandatory Service includes the following Vehicle Checks:-

• Battery Water Level – inspect and top up as required
• Battery Terminal/s – inspect, clean and grease as required
• Controller – check output and adjust as required
• Front End – inspect and grease King Pins as required
• Steering Rack & Pinion – inspect and grease as required
• Steering Tie Rods – inspect
• Tyres – inspect condition and check pressure
• Front Wheel Bearings – check, adjust & repack as required
• Rear Wheel Bearings – check, adjust & repack as required
• Rear Differential – inspect for oil leaks
• Rear Brakes – inspect, de-dust and adjust as required
• Foot Brake – inspect and adjust as required
• Accelerator Pedal – inspect linkages and adjust as required
• Suspension – inspect shock absorbers, springs and bushes
• Body, Frame and Seats – inspect and report as required
• Lights – check operation
• Road Test Vehicle
